Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products.
If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or doesn't meet our quality standards please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@gracecoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily replace the product or issue a refund. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Subscription Orders
Grace Coffee subscriptions can be: skipped, modified, or canceled at any time through your account portal before your next billing date. Because subscription coffee is roasted and prepared specifically for you, subscription shipments cannot be returned once processed.
Our Giving Commitment
Every purchase helps sponsor a child through Compassion International. Because of this, a portion of your order is immediately committed to that sponsorship. If a refund is issued, the sponsorship commitment will still be honored on our end. We believe in keeping our promises to you and to them.

Go read the founder's testimony on the site before you even look at the products. The story of how this brand was born out of gratitude gave me chills. The coffee is genuinely one of the best I've had, but the Compassion International partnership is the real reason I subscribe. You can see the actual children being sponsored and watch the number grow. That's accountability I've never seen from a brand. Ordering my fourth bag this month.

Whole bean vs. ground
Whole bean is coffee exactly as it left our roaster — you grind it fresh at home, which keeps flavor and aroma at their peak the longest. Best if you own a grinder.
Ground is the very same coffee, pre-ground to a versatile medium grind that works with drip machines, pour-over, and most home brewers. No equipment needed — if you don't own a grinder, choose ground.
