Returns & Refund Policy
Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products.
If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or doesn't meet our quality standards please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@gracecoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily replace the product or issue a refund. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: item must be unused, in original packaging, in unused condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
Subscription Orders
Grace Coffee subscriptions can be: skipped, modified, or canceled at any time through your account portal before your next billing date. Because subscription coffee is roasted and prepared specifically for you, subscription shipments cannot be returned once processed.
Our Giving Commitment
Every purchase helps sponsor a child through Compassion International. Because of this, a portion of your order is immediately committed to that sponsorship. If a refund is issued, the sponsorship commitment will still be honored on our end. We believe in keeping our promises to you and to them.
