Welcome to Grace Coffee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grace Coffee website, products, subscriptions, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About
Grace Coffee is a coffee subscription and retail brand committed to delivering high-quality coffee while partnering with Compassion International to sponsor children in need through qualifying subscriptions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Orders & Payments
a. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
b. Payments
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
c. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or availability issues.
Subscriptions
a. Plans
Grace Coffee offers recurring subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis.
b. Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
c. Cancellation & Changes
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.
d. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry billing your payment method. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
Sponsorships
All Grace Coffee subscriptions contribute to sponsoring a child through Compassion International.
- Sponsorships are funded by Grace Coffee as a result of active subscriptions and are not direct charitable donations made by individual customers.
- Sponsorships may be reassigned or modified if a subscription is canceled or changed.
- Grace Coffee reserves the right to update sponsorship partners or program structure while maintaining its philanthropic mission.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Grace Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of coffee and consumable goods, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Grace Coffee website, including text, images, logos, branding, and designs, is the property of Grace Coffee or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
