FAQs
What is Grace Coffee?
Grace Coffee is a coffee brand built on quality, generosity, and faith. We believe everyday routines can create meaningful impact, which is why every subscription helps support a child in need.
What makes Grace Coffee different?
Grace Coffee wants to connect you directly to the impact. You aren’t just changing a life; you get to see and know the life you changed, fostering a genuine, personal connection with the child your subscription supports.
Is the coffee actually good?
Absolutely. Purpose matters, but quality comes first. Our coffee is ethically sourced, roasted in small batches at our South Florida roasting location, and chosen for the smooth, balanced flavor you’ll want to drink every day.
Is this more expensive because it gives back?
No. Our pricing is comparable to other premium coffee subscriptions. We’ve intentionally built generosity into our business model rather than adding it on later.
How does the subscription work?
You choose your coffee then we handle the rest. Your coffee ships automatically and each active subscription helps support a specific child in need. You can manage, pause, or cancel anytime.
Is there a commitment?
No long-term commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel whenever you need to. We want Grace Coffee to fit naturally into your life not feel like an obligation.
How exactly does my subscription help a child?
Ten percent of your coffee subscription goes towards supporting a specific sponsor child through Compassion International, and details about that child are available within your login portal on the Grace Coffee website. Through your support, we help provide education, healthcare, nutrition, long-term community care, and the Gospel to those who need it most.
Why partner with Compassion International?
Compassion International has over 70 years of experience supporting children through a holistic, community-based approach. Their work aligns closely with our values of dignity, compassion, and long-term impact.
Will I receive updates about the impact?
We value transparency. As Grace Coffee expands, we plan to upload the letters you receive from your sponsored child directly to your portal. This will allow you to personally experience the tangible impact your support is having on their life.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your contribution towards a child’s sponsorship ends with your subscription. We do everything we can to manage sponsorships responsibly to ensure children continue receiving consistent support through new subscriptions, but it is not guaranteed.
How fresh is the coffee?
Very fresh. Our coffee is roasted in-house in small batches and shipped immediately after roasting, so it arrives at peak flavor.
How do we roast our Coffee?
Fresh, intentionally, and in small batches. Every roast is dialed in to highlight the unique characteristics of each origin. Your coffee ships shortly after roasting, so what arrives at your door is as fresh as it gets.
Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?
Yes, you can choose whole bean or ground, depending on how you brew at home.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
Why a subscription model?
Our primary mission is to sponsor children. The best way to provide consistent, meaningful impact is through subscriptions. Consistency is what changes lives. Our model reflects that.
Why is faith part of Grace Coffee?
Because we believe business can be a tool for building God’s Kingdom. Our faith calls us to care for others, steward resources responsibly, and use what we’ve been given to serve people beyond ourselves. Grace Coffee exists to live that out in a practical, everyday way.
Is Grace Coffee a non-profit?
No. We don’t take donations, we roast exceptional coffee. We want to earn your business, then direct 10% of every dollar back into child sponsorships. The better we do, the more kids we can sponsor. This is not charity, it’s stewardship.
