Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products.
If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or doesn't meet our quality standards please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@gracecoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily replace the product or issue a refund. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Subscription Orders
Grace Coffee subscriptions can be: skipped, modified, or canceled at any time through your account portal before your next billing date. Because subscription coffee is roasted and prepared specifically for you, subscription shipments cannot be returned once processed.
Our Giving Commitment
Every purchase helps sponsor a child through Compassion International. Because of this, a portion of your order is immediately committed to that sponsorship. If a refund is issued, the sponsorship commitment will still be honored on our end. We believe in keeping our promises to you and to them.

How do I connect with my child once subscribed?
As part of your subscription, you will receive a separately mailed postcard image of your child with their name, country, and birthday! (Just like you would through Compassion International®) Feel free to put this on your fridge, desk, or wherever you'll remember to pray for them. 🙏
You can also login to the portal on Grace Coffee's website (using the same email used for your purchase) to see your child. When logged in, you can also send an encouraging note or scripture verse to your child!
Is the coffee organic?
Yes. We roast only specialty-grade beans that are organically grown and mold & pesticide free; sourced from farmers we trust. It's the purest coffee possible!

How long does shipping take?
Your coffee is roasted to order and shipped straight to your door within 3–6 business days, depending on your location.
Whole bean vs. ground
Whole bean is coffee exactly as it left our roaster — you grind it fresh at home, which keeps flavor and aroma at their peak the longest. Best if you own a grinder.
Ground is the very same coffee, pre-ground to a versatile medium grind that works with drip machines, pour-over, and most home brewers. No equipment needed — if you don't own a grinder, choose ground.
